in 2003

a simple
mission:

sweets

am committed to the
use of seasonal,
local, and organic
ingredients, enhanced
by the very finest
European chocolate
and butter. Every
possible element
of our cakes and
pastries is made
by hand in our kitchens,
from homemade fruit
preserves and sauces,
to organic edible
candied flowers,
to meticulously painted
chocolates.
